                    Neil Armstrong, one of the most famous men of the 20th century and the first human to walk on the Moon, has died at the age 82. Born August 5, 1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio, Armstrong was a naval aviator in the Korean War, flew the X-15, served as command pilot for Gemini 8 in 1966 and led Apollo 11 to the Sea of Tranquility in 1969.

He said the Ta sh ah-hud before Abu Bakr, and added, ‘‘ Ammâ Ba`du (then after), Allâh has chosen for His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم what is with Him (Paradise) rather than what is with you (the world). This is that Book (the Qur'ân) with which Allâh guided your Messenger, so stick to it, for then you will be guided on the Right Path (i.e., Islâm) as Allâh guided His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم with it.''
